What the $19 does and does not include

The $19 is a Standard ESX: the roof sketch file for Xactimate®. It does not include the PDF; that is $25 alone or $29 bundled. It also assumes a standard roof; complex roofs are $25 for the ESX. So a realistic per-claim budget for a shop that wants both files on a mixed book of roofs is $29 to $35, still with no plan underneath it.

How it pencils against a plan

A subscription tool at $107 to $149 a month (iRoofing) or $89 to $279 a month plus per-report fees (RoofScope) is cheap per report at forty reports a month and expensive at four. Sketch My Roof's flat menu costs the same per report whether you order one or forty, which is exactly why seasonal and storm-driven shops score it well on cost. What is not on the sheet
