What an adjuster actually needs from a roof report
Four things, in this order. The roof in the estimating platform, meaning an ESX that Xactimate® imports with the sketch and measurements intact, so nobody is redrawing a hip roof from a PDF at 9 PM. A PDF exhibit that holds up in the file when the desk reviewer or the insured's contractor pulls it. A per-report price that fits a claim's expense line without a subscription somebody has to justify. And delivery inside the day, because the estimate has a due date and the roof is usually the last thing holding it up.
