What you get instead of drawing it yourself
An ESX file. Import it into Xactimate® and the roof sketch is there with the measurements attached: the facets, the pitches, the ridge and hip and valley lengths, the eaves and rakes. You check it against your photos and start pricing. The half hour you used to spend tracing a PDF goes back on the clock.
Desks that would rather not leave the platform can order inside Xactimate® or XactAnalysis® through the Xactimate® Integration and have the report land back in the workflow. Writing in Symbility®? Order the XML.
