What you need to order
A street address. That is the whole input. No ladder, no app, no photos to upload, no drawing. Any property in the United States or Canada.
Pick the deliverable: ESX for Xactimate® ($19 standard roof, $25 complex), XML for Symbility®, PDF for the file ($25), or ESX + PDF ($29). Add wall reports ($45 to $65) if the job has siding.
What comes back and when
The report you ordered, the same calendar day if you ordered before 6 PM Eastern. Import the ESX and the roof sketch and measurements are in Xactimate®; open the PDF and the measurements are on paper for the file, the homeowner, or the crew.
Every report is reviewed before delivery, and revisions are at no charge, in writing. Sample reports are on the company's site.
